Donating cryptocurrency to STEP can have several potential benefits, including:

Tax efficiency: You may be able to increase your tax efficiency compared to donating cash or selling your cryptocurrency.
Capital gains taxes: You may be able to eliminate capital gains taxes and the Medicare surtax.
Charitable deduction: You may be eligible for a tax deduction of the full fair market value of the asset.
